At LiDZE concept, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing high-quality products that are free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective merchandise, please let us know. We will gladly accept a return of unworn and unwashed item and provide you with the same model, undamaged, at no additional cost. Please note the following conditions:
• Final sale items and items otherwise stated are not eligible for exchange.
• Defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.
